
The Software has login Screen where one can give its own
username and password. The administrator has the rights, powers and controls
the software by allocating the different rights to different users where it can
found from the User management under the file menu of the main screen of the
software.
The Data Entry Screen is divided in to two parts 1) Company
Information and 2) Contact Person Details. The second one is used to fill the
records of the persons associated with that company like employees details,
manager details, Director details and even one can feed the Birth date and in a
timely manner the software reminds you
the birthdays of those which falls in to that date in the form of Pop ups.
Each and every fields of the Software plays a dual role 1)
to feed the data throught data entry form and another Advanced search Engine
i.e. One can have a single search, Dual search or multiple search which gives
you the kindly information as per your requirements from your collection of
records. For eg If one wants to find Civil Engineer in Pune Area and at
specific location so there are 3 searches in the form of first Civil
Engineer in Pune and in that specific locations.
It reduces the manual work of writing and maintaining the
diary and gives the updated information at a one go. Like for the search of
that particular company will itself have its own records and the personel
records of its employyes and mangers in a single screen.
Besides this, other features covered in this software are
one can print the diary, e mails, correspondence, and ofcourse its search
features.
